Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was delivered.

Return Fee: You can return the product by yourself. If you want us to initiate the return we kindly request a return fee of £3.50 to cover the processing and handling of your return.

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Payment: We will provide you with instructions on how to pay the return fee of £3.50.

Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip.

Please allow up to 14 working days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
