Shipping policy

We deliver all orders via trusted carriers, including Royal Mail Tracked 24H or Tracked 48H service, as well as DHL and DPD.

 

For parcel delivery with a tracking number, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 working days. We currently ship within the United Kingdom, EU countries, and the USA.

 

Orders placed before 11 AM from Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped on the same working day.

 

Your parcel will typically reach you within 1-3 working days, excluding holidays.

However, if you place an order on a Friday (after 8 AM), Saturday, or Sunday, it will be dispatched on the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

 

Deliveries are scheduled by Royal Mail from Monday to Saturday. 

By DHL from Monday to Friday.

And by DPD from Monday to Saturday.
